I realized the only way to increase my speed to boost my visual knowledge for portrait painting is to paint your friends' face(especially those pretty ones)
Why, somehow or what it's interesting to paint familiar faces than those celebrity/stars faces.
That's because all these people have more or less been through cosmetic surgery.
And hence, they will be perfect.
The main objective of me learning portrait painting is to understand the beauty of facial anatomy.
Human faces are born to be imperfect.
That's from there, when you paint, you tends to understand why he/she looks nice or not nice.
Due to the way their facial anatomy works.
Anyway, too much theory based to explain.
I guess I need to start to move on to other parts of human anatomy structure.
